THANKS! I don't make this stuff up I am simply trying to piece together a history that was not spoken of in my household for over 40 yrs. At a recent book signing a man came up to me and said that he had heard that Black Herman was instrumental in influnencing Elijah Muhammad. I thanked him for the lead, as yet , no confirmation. However, Ishmael Reed in his book Mumbo Jumbo asks on pg.211
"Why were there so many assassinations of Black Cultural Heroes." [he referrs to Black Herman among others.] So Oprah didn't pick my book, (won't even return my calls) so what. My novel is:
